By accessing or using AI Retro you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you represent a company, you confirm you have authority to bind the organization.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Credits and billing

Credits power retro renders. Free plans reset monthly, paid plans renew according to your billing cycle, and add-on packs do not expire. Failed payments may pause access until resolved.

Acceptable use

You agree not to upload content that violates intellectual property laws, depicts illegal activity, or harms others. We may disable accounts that abuse the service or attempt to reverse engineer the platform.

Intellectual property

AI Retro retains ownership of the platform, models, and brand assets. You retain ownership of your uploads and generated content, subject to the licenses described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for cause. You may cancel at any time; refunds are handled according to your plan. Upon termination we will delete or return your content consistent with our policies.

Changes to the terms

We will notify you of material updates at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
